As a Warehouse Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:

    • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.

    • Store products in designated locations, ensuring proper labeling and organization.

    • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Order Fulfillment:

    • Pick and pack customer orders based on sales orders or delivery tickets.

    • Prepare orders for shipment or customer pickup, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    • Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.

  • Shipping and Receiving:

    • Verify the accuracy of shipments and deliveries.

    • Prepare shipping documentation and labels.

    • Coordinate with delivery personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Warehouse Maintenance:

    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

    • Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to management.

  • Customer Service Support:

    • Assist customers with product inquiries and order pickups.

    • Provide support to sales staff as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.

  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training may be provided).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced warehouse environment.

  • May require standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.

  • Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.
