Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Miami, FL 

Pay: $19 to $22 p/h

Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing the accounts receivable process for the company.

This includes tasks such as processing invoices, collecting payments, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices for buyers
• Collect payment information
• Evaluate periodical bills
• Reconcile accounts
• Prepare financial reports for the rest of the company
• Follow up with customers regarding past-due payments
• Update client billing information
• Maintain documentation for compliance reporting and audits

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
• Ability to work under pressure
• HeathCare industry expereince a PLUS
• Attention to detail
