About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant / HR Support professional to join a growing team in the aviation industry. This fully onsite role offers a unique blend of accounting and HR responsibilities, providing the ideal candidate with an opportunity to build skills across both functions. You’ll report directly to the CFO and play an integral part in supporting internal operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support the processing of payroll and administration of employee benefits using ADP

Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks

Maintain accurate financial records and assist in budget tracking and preparation

Handle employee documentation and maintain organized, compliant HR files

Generate and maintain reports for both HR and Finance departments
Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in accounting or administrative support

Familiarity with payroll systems (ADP preferred)

Basic understanding of financial and HR procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail with the ability to take initiative

Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
