Entry-Level Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeping Assistant

Location:  Boca Raton, Fl 

Are you looking to get your foot in the door in accounting or finance? We’re hiring an Entry-Level Accounting Clerk / Bookkeeping Assistant to support a data migration project for a growing company. This is a great opportunity for someone with some accounting or bookkeeping knowledge who wants to apply their skills in a practical, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Transfer and input financial data from internal systems into QuickBooks

• Review entries for accuracy and completeness

• Assist with light bookkeeping tasks and administrative support

• Organize, file, and maintain basic financial documentation

• Support the accounting team with day-to-day tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software preferred

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles (clerical or entry-level experience ideal)

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and comfortable with repetitive tasks

• Strong Excel and data entry skills

• Excellent communication and a positive, can-do attitude
