Import/Export Administration

Location: Hialeah, FL (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description:

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Trade Control Specialists to join our Import/Export Administration team. In this role, you will research and interpret global trade control regulations, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and contribute to the development and improvement of compliance processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and compile global regulatory trade control requirements
• Perform preliminary interpretation and impact analysis of trade regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams on routine trade compliance matters
• Provide input for updating and improving trade compliance processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and support audit readiness

Requirements:

• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Hialeah, FL

Interview Process:

• 30-minute onsite or virtual interview
• One-and-done format (follow-up possible if needed)
