We are seeking friendly, reliable, and bilingual (Spanish/English or other language) Call Center Representatives to join our growing team! This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to start their career in customer service, with on-the-job training and immediate start dates available.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support over the phone in both English and your second language.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Communicate effectively in both English and [Second Language]

• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, account updates, and basic troubleshooting

• Document customer interactions accurately in the system

• Follow scripts and company procedures to handle calls efficiently

• Escalate calls to supervisors when necessary

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
