Customer Service Representative (TEMP to HIRE)
Location: Onsite – DeerField, Illinois
Contract: 12-week contract to start, with potential to extend and/or convert to permanent based on performance
Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour

Overview:
Leica is seeking three highly motivated Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Deer Park. These are contract roles with the potential to convert to permanent employment for individuals who exceed expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for career-minded professionals with strong communication and technical skills to join a growing company with a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer orders using SAP

  • Manage customer interactions and inquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution

  • Enter and track orders, updates, and changes within Salesforce and SAP systems

  • Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Operations to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

  • Proactively identify and escalate issues when necessary

  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • SAP experience (required)

  • Salesforce experience (preferred)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general office software

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure

  • High learning agility and willingness to adapt

  • Professional demeanor with a team-oriented mindset

  • Associates degree preferred – ideal for early-career professionals seeking growth and long-term opportunities
