Word Processor - Join An Esteemed Law Firm

Are you a meticulous professional with a talent for crafting impeccable business documents? We're seeking a Word Processor to join the team at our client's law firm and elevate the team's document preparation to new heights!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare and type various documents from written or dictated material.
  • Proofread and correct drafts for grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Create, edit, save, and print documents with precision.
  • Format text, insert elements, and create/edit tables and templates.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma.
  • Minimum of three years of experience as a word processor in a law firm.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word.
  • Experience with DocsPDF and redline, managing different document versions.
  • Ability to type at least 50 WPM accurately.
  • Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Superior organizational and follow-up skills.
