Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and service-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Support & Inside Sales Coordinator. In this hybrid customer-facing and administrative role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients seeking assistance with products, orders, and technical information. You’ll be responsible for managing communication channels, supporting the sales cycle, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry through delivery.
This role also includes internal collaboration with cross-functional departments, maintaining accurate customer records, and contributing to regular inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Address customer requests related to equipment, supplies, and product information via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Communicate updates regarding order processing, delivery timelines, and returns.

Prepare and manage documentation for sales transactions, purchase orders, returns, and pricing estimates.

Offer product-related troubleshooting and technical guidance to clients as needed.

Coordinate with internal teams across sales, service, and marketing to resolve client issues and meet service expectations.

Perform administrative functions such as data entry, maintaining records, filing, and managing inbound calls.

Participate in routine inventory activities and contribute to interdepartmental issue resolution.

Ensure all customer-related documentation is properly updated and filed for reference.
Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service, client support, or sales coordination role.

Prior exposure to the aquatics, pool, or water treatment industry is beneficial.

Strong technical or mechanical understanding is advantageous.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Background in distribution or manufacturing environments is preferred.

Bachelor's degree is a plus, though equivalent experience will be considered.
