We’re seeking a skilled Staff Accountant or Bookkeeper to support the finance department with a wide range of responsibilities including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s experienced, proactive, and ready to take ownership of day-to-day accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

• Manage payroll operations accurately and on schedule

• Perform monthly account reconciliations and assist in month-end closing

• Work within QuickBooks and PeopleSoft for financial recordkeeping and reporting

• Assist in budgeting processes and financial forecasting

• Support audits with accurate documentation and reports

• Maintain and track fixed assets and depreciation schedules

Requirements:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and PeopleSoft

• Strong understanding of general accounting principles

• Experience with payroll, reconciliations, and monthly closes

• Knowledge of budgeting and audit support

• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
