Aviation Inventory INbound & Outbound Inspectors
Compensation: $19–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Miami, FL

Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Inspectors to join our aviation parts team. This position supports both inbound and outbound inspection operations. Candidates will be evaluated and placed based on experience and fit for either role.

The Quality Inspector ensures that all aviation materials meet internal quality standards and industry compliance before parts are received into inventory or shipped to customers. This includes visual inspection, documentation review, and data entry into internal systems.


Key Responsibilities:
• Perform visual inspections of incoming and outgoing aircraft parts and materials.
• Review physical attributes, quantity, and associated documentation per purchase, sales, or repair orders.
• Identify and escalate any non-conformances or documentation omissions.
• Accurately enter, verify, and validate inspection data into internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with ESD (electrostatic discharge) protocols when handling sensitive materials.
• Generate material certifications for outgoing shipments, as needed.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support other departmental tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED – Required
• Minimum 1 year experience working with aviation surplus partsRequired
• 1+ year of experience in inspection, quality control, or materials processing – Preferred
• Knowledge of ISO and/or AS Quality StandardsPreferred
