Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Management Assistant to support our management team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will help improve efficiency, track performance metrics, handle administrative tasks, and assist in project coordination. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to business managers and executives.

Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.

Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.

Conduct market research and prepare reports or presentations.

Help manage budgets, invoices, and financial records.

Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and appointments.

Maintain databases, records, and filing systems.

Track KPIs and assist with performance reporting.

Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Support onboarding and training for new hires as needed.
Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operational, or business support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).

Familiarity with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
