Location: Altamonte Springs, FL (Hybrid: Monday and Friday remote)
Pay: Up to $25 an hour
Schedule: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday (Hybrid - Remote on Monday and Friday)
Duration: 2-3 months (Potential for permanent role based on performance and headcount availability)
Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary AR Specialist to join our team for a 2-3 month assignment with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. In this position, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat queues while performing various accounting tasks, such as updating aging reports, data entry, and assisting with AR-related processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage a high volume of emails, phone calls, and chat inquiries regarding accounting updates and aging reports

Perform data entry and maintain accurate AR records

Assist in daily accounting tasks and ensure timely follow-ups

Take an accounting assessment focused on AR terminology to identify strengths (not a pass/fail test)

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:

Strong AR and customer service experience

Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries and data updates

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Must complete an AR terminology assessment
