Project Accountant - Construction Industry opportunity

Responsibilities:

• All monthly accounting - job cost, WIP schedules, forecasting, project budgeting, AP, AR/collections

• Track project budgets, change orders, and compliance documentation

• Prepare monthly billings (AIA format preferred) and manage subcontractor payments

• Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and compliance documentation

• Support audits and maintain accurate financial records

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of construction accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of job costing and project billing

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Procore, Viewpoint or others)

• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field
