Overview:
A growing bank is hiring a Temporary Loan Processor to support mortgage and/or commercial loan teams in preparing, reviewing, and organizing loan files.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify borrower documents
• Prepare loan packages for underwriting
• Enter loan details into internal systems
• Communicate with clients, title companies, and third parties
• Ensure compliance with lending regulations and timelines

Requirements:

• 1+ years of loan processing or lending support experience
• Knowledge of mortgage/commercial lending workflows
• High attention to detail and file accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with Encompass or similar systems preferred
