We are seeking a Client Services Associate for a fast-growing RIA client: this role will be responsible for supporting the firm's Portfolio Managers, ensuring the smooth functioning of all non-trading processes, and acting as the point of contact for all service-related needs. 

This client is searching for a candidate who is dynamic, detail-oriented, and who has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting portfolio managers, interacting with internal and external parties in your duties related to client pre-screening, fund subscriptions, due diligence, documentation, and compliance.
• Communicating with prospective, new, and existing clients.
• Addressing client inquiries in order to resolve discrepancies and resolve to a diverse array of requests.
• Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Coordinating with internal groups such as Portfolio Management, Operations, Financial Advisory, Administration, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or finance
• 2+ years of experience in Client Services or similar roles
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
