• Fluent in English and Spanish 
• Must have experice with Yardi 
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data
• Responsible for completing the month-end process for the company
• Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries
• Prepare differing financial statements
• Ensure all deliverables are met within the established deadlines and GAAP compliance
• Prepare, review, and analyze a variety of monthly financial statement
• Oversee banking transactions and prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Participate in the annual audit process and compliance reporting for federal, state, and local taxing and regulatory agencies
