Billing Manager - Law Firm Experience

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Ascendo Resources is recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm in Dallas seeking a Billing Manager with strong leadership skills and law firm billing experience. This is a full-time, bonus-eligible role offering long-term growth and a competitive compensation package.

Schedule:

• First 90 Days: Onsite Monday-Friday

   

• Post-Probation: Hybrid schedule with at least 3 days onsite per week (2 remote days based on Business Director's preference)

   

Base Salary Range: $116,000 - $135,000 (flexible based on experience)

Bonus Eligible: Yes

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the billing department, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
• Oversee high-volume billing operations and compliance with client guidelines.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and administrative teams to resolve billing issues.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure proper use of billing systems and maintain documentation standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a billing manager in a law firm setting.
• Strong understanding of legal billing procedures and client requirements.
• Proficiency in Aderant billing software.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
