Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Location: Clearwater, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.

• Pick and fill orders from stock.

• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas.

• Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed).

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.

• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.

• Basic math and communication skills.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
