Job Title: Senior e-Discovery Attorney

Location: Onsite in Atlanta, Miami, or West Palm Beach

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior e-Discovery Attorney to join a law firm and manage the eDiscovery team.  The position can sit in Atlanta, Miami, or West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing eDiscovery in a law firm environment. This role requires a thorough understanding of current eDiscovery laws and regulations, as well as strong expertise in using Relativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all phases of eDiscovery, including culling documents, writing protocols, and setting timelines/estimated completion dates for electronic reviews.
  • Collaborate with case teams and clients to develop and implement case-specific workflows and protocols for eDiscovery.
  • Ensure compliance with eDiscovery laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the quality and consistency of work produced by junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to case teams on eDiscovery best practices and strategies.
  • Communicate complex legal and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • A valid Bar license for the state in which you will be working (Georgia for Atlanta, Florida for Miami or West Palm Beach).
  • At least 5 years of experience managing eDiscovery in a law firm environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of eDiscovery laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong expertise with Relativity is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary starts at $140,000, will be commensurate with experience.
