Our client, a fast-growing and well-established company, is seeking a sharp and experienced AP/AR – Transactional Accounting Leader to take ownership of their day-to-day accounting operations. What You’ll Do:

• Own the full-cycle AP and AR process, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and payments

• Lead and mentor a small, capable transactional accounting team

• Maintain and improve accounting controls and processes

• Handle account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately

• Collaborate with leadership on month-end close and reporting

• Build strong vendor and customer relationships

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of AP/AR and transactional accounting experience

• Prior experience managing or leading an accounting team

• Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Excel

• Strong attention to detail, process mindset, and leadership qualities
