Are you detail-oriented and passionate about maintaining financial accuracy? Our client is looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to join a fast-paced, dynamic team. Position Overview: In this role, you will manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment processing for vendors and internal teams. You will oversee invoice receipt, coding, payments, and reconciliation. Your work will be critical in optimizing financial operations and maintaining positive relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the accounts payable process, including invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor payment disbursements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on accounts payable performance to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with treasury, tax, and other finance functions to ensure smooth payment processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and work to streamline payment systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree a huge plus, but not required
  • 1+ years of accounting experience, including exposure to accounts payable processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
