We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day operational functions and provide high-quality administrative and customer service assistance within a fast-paced trading environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate trade documentation and delivering exceptional support to internal teams and external clients. 

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update trade data across multiple systems and exchanges.
  • Ensure accuracy and timely entry of transactions.
  • Revise, validate, and resend trade records as needed.
  • Support internal trading teams with deal documentation and other ad hoc requests.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all trade confirmation calls and error resolution.
  • Update and maintain client account records, including contact details, account changes, and fee updates.
  • Stay up to date on all relevant company policies and ensure adherence to risk management and compliance protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a customer support, administrative, or operations-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Comfortable handling high call/email volume with professionalism.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
