About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal with a strong background in insurance litigation, particularly first-party homeowner insurance. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic legal team in Seattle, WA, offering a collaborative office culture and excellent opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, correspondence, and interrogatories/answers
  • Coordinate the collection, review, and production of documents in response to discovery requests
  • Assist attorneys with deposition preparationpre-trial investigations, and trial preparation
  • Prepare exhibits, witness binders, and demonstrative evidence for use in court
  • Support the preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial
  • Manage calendaring and scheduling of depositions, hearings, mediations, and meetings

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, with a focus on insurance litigation
  • Experience with homeowner insurance cases is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
