Overview

We are looking for someone to come in and help us with some projects on our industry-based software system.  This resource will get up to speed with our system and work specifically with our accounting team to create a better process to pull data and import into QuickBooks for premium reporting as well as commissions. 

The Project and Reporting Specialist supports projects by organizing information, coordinating activities, and producing reports that track progress, identify trends, and ensure compliance with project goals and regulatory standards. This role combines project coordination, data analysis, and communication skills to manage data, ensure report accuracy, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders and clients

Process Improvement: 

• Streamline data collection and reporting processes, implementing automation where possible to increase efficiency. 

Communication:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Data Analysis:

• Report setup/design using Crystal Reports with MSSQL DB backend. 
• Familiar with MS SQL Server Management Studio and basic database management.
• Strong Excel skills
• Crystal Reports experience
• Experience with PCRS is a huge plus, but training is provided for those without

Must Haves

• Capability to learn a new system. 
• Ability to extract data from the System to help build custom reports.
• Experience using Crystal reports to extract data and create custom, ongoing reports
