Accounts Payable Analyst
📍 Location: Winter Park, FL (On-site)
💲 Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 (hourly, commensurate with experience)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, in-office
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to join our corporate accounting team in Winter Park, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience and must live within a 30–40 minute commute of our office. This role supports multiple restaurant concepts and locations, requiring excellent multitasking skills and strong communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice entry, approvals, and payments

Process invoices received via mail, email, and vendor portals

Handle vendor payments through ACH, credit card, and check

Assist with month-end closing for A/P, including reconciling registers and preparing utility sheets

Support preparation and processing of 1099s

Maintain and organize vendor files and payment records

Ensure proper GL coding and understanding of the Chart of Accounts

Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Perform various ad hoc and administrative accounting tasks as assigned
Qualifications:

3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience (multi-location environment preferred)

Strong knowledge of vendor payments, ACH, credit card, and check processing

Familiarity with SAGE and/or Microsoft Great Plains (GP) highly desired

Experience with Excel and Outlook required

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
