Accounts Payable Analyst

📍 Location: Winter Park, FL (On-site)
💲 Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 (hourly, commensurate with experience)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, full-time, in-office

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable (A/P) Analyst to join our corporate accounting team in Winter Park, FL. The ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience and must live within a 30–40 minute commute of our office. This role supports multiple restaurant concepts and locations, requiring excellent multitasking skills and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable including invoice entry, approvals, and payments

• Process invoices received via mail, email, and vendor portals

• Handle vendor payments through ACH, credit card, and check

• Assist with month-end closing for A/P, including reconciling registers and preparing utility sheets

• Support preparation and processing of 1099s

• Maintain and organize vendor files and payment records

• Ensure proper GL coding and understanding of the Chart of Accounts

• Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

• Perform various ad hoc and administrative accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience (multi-location environment preferred)

• Strong knowledge of vendor payments, ACH, credit card, and check processing

• Familiarity with SAGE and/or Microsoft Great Plains (GP) highly desired

• Experience with Excel and Outlook required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• No degree required — we value experience, initiative, and a strong work ethic
