As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our daily investment operations.

Position Summary:
The Operations Associate will support various back- and middle-office functions, including trade settlement, cash and position reconciliation, client reporting, and compliance support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily trade and cash reconciliations across custodians and internal systems

  • Monitor trade settlements and resolve discrepancies with brokers and custodians

  • Assist with performance reporting and client statements

  • Support compliance and regulatory processes, including audits and documentation

  • Help implement and refine operational workflows and procedures

  • Coordinate with portfolio managers, fund administrators, and custodians as needed

  • Maintain accurate records of account activities and assist in data management projects

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, preferably within an investment firm, fund administrator, or financial institution

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

  • Familiarity with investment products (equities, fixed income, alternatives) and trade lifecycle

  • Proficiency with Excel and financial systems (e.g., Advent, Bloomberg, custodial portals)

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
