A national leader in commercial interiors is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join its growing team. This is a high-impact sales role where design, strategy, and relationship-building come together to shape how organizations work and collaborate.

About the Opportunity:

As an Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle, developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and guiding projects from concept to completion. You’ll work with business leaders, designers, and project teams to deliver modern, high-performance workspace solutions that make a lasting impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business through proactive outreach and relationship development.
  • Manage and grow legacy accounts, identifying expansion and repeat project opportunities.
  • Lead clients through complex, multi-phase sales cycles including design collaboration and quoting.
  • Partner with internal design, project management, and operations teams for seamless delivery.
  • Develop detailed sales strategies, maintain accurate CRM forecasts, and consistently exceed revenue goals.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven B2B sales success in contract furniture, interior design, or related capital project environments.
  • Full-cycle sales experience, from prospecting to closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-through; CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally required.
