Job Title: Case Manager Support (Non-Profit Organization)

Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Case Manager Support to join our team at a non-profit organization. This role will involve working directly onsite to assist the Case Manager in providing essential services to individuals and families in need. The Case Manager Support will help with client intake, maintain accurate records, coordinate referrals, and offer general administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Case Manager with client intake, assessments, and documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files.

  • Coordinate referrals and follow up with clients as needed.

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and correspondence.

  • Support clients by providing resources and information regarding available services.

  • Assist with case management tasks and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.

  • Previous experience in a non-profit, social services, or case management setting is a plus.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Pay Rate: $22 per hour
