A well established financial institution is seeking a Client Services Associate to join its dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in supporting client relationships by delivering exceptional service, managing accurate documentation, and handling financial transactions. 

Responsibilities 

• Gather and prepare onboarding information for prospective clients
• Submit customer documentation for compliance review
• Collect client signatures for account opening and related financial products
• Respond to client inquiries regarding products, services, and account activity
• Service clients needs for DDA, MMA, and Time Deposit accounts
• Handle client instructions for foreign exchange transactions 

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of banking systems and financial products
• Familiarity with KYC procedures 
• Exposure to middle-market lending or commercial banking is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
