Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and growth-driven Senior Accountant to join our collaborative accounting team. This role will be responsible for full-cycle accounting duties across multiple entities and is designed with a clear path toward leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in GL, AP, and AR, and be eager to grow into an Accounting Supervisor position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable for multiple entities.

• Payroll Coordination: Learn and support payroll processes using ADP.

• Process Improvement: Work closely with internal teams to streamline workflows and ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Leadership Development: Demonstrate readiness to take on supervisory responsibilities and lead a small team over time.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required (Accounting preferred).

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, with strong GL, AP, and AR exposure.

• Prior management experience or demonstrated leadership potential strongly preferred.

• Familiarity with ADP or similar payroll systems is a plus.
