About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, onsite position ideal for a professional with 3+ years of law firm experience who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case management, discovery, trial preparation, and document review.
  • Draft legal documents such as subpoenas, discovery requests, and summaries.
  • Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and trial binders.
  • Coordinate with clients, courts, and third parties.
  • Conduct legal research and assist with deposition and trial preparation.

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rules.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work onsite in Atlanta and collaborate effectively with attorneys and staff.
