We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and logistics team. This role is responsible for assisting with the verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, processing related documentation, and maintaining shipping and receiving supplies inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with initial verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, checking for proper identification and inspecting for damage.

• Process shipping and receiving documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Package and prepare items for shipment, ensuring adherence to company and carrier requirements.

• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

• Maintain inventory of shipping and receiving supplies, and notify management when replenishment is needed.

• Ensure all materials are handled and stored safely and efficiently.

• Support warehouse and inventory staff as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations preferred.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift/move packages and materials (up to [insert weight limit, e.g., 50 lbs]) as needed.

• Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.
