I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm in Boca Raton, Florida, seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team onsite. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated professional who is looking to grow their career with a firm that values commitment, collaboration, and excellence.

About the Role:

This role requires a paralegal with a strong background in Federal Employment and Commercial Litigation. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of experience and be comfortable supporting attorneys through all stages of litigation, from case initiation to trial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys in case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft and respond to interrogatories, requests for production, and other discovery documents
• Handle E-Discovery and document management
• Assist in deposition preparation, hearing exhibits, and trial binders
• Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and attorney schedules
• Organize and manage large volumes of case materials and legal documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience in litigation
• Demonstrated experience with Federal Employment and Commercial Litigation cases
• Proficiency in E-Discovery tools and litigation support software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
