About the Role:

Our client is a well-established and results-driven law firm based in Boca Raton, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional with a strong background in civil and commercial litigation, who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of litigation experience, be a member in good standing of the Florida Bar, and possess excellent litigation and negotiation skills. This position requires an attorney who can manage a caseload independently and effectively advocate for clients both in and out of the courtroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

   

• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and hearings-both in-person and via Zoom

   

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pre-trial preparation and trial strategy

   

• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution

   

• Maintain communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

   

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to clients

   

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

   

• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar

   

• Minimum 4 years of commercial or general civil litigation experience

   

• Proven ability to independently manage a litigation caseload

   

• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

   

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

   

• Professional demeanor and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
