Medical Billing Manager | New York, NY | Fully Onsite M-F 9am-5pm (35 hrs - 1 WFH day upon conversion) | Temp-to-Perm: $75k

About the role:
This is an urgent backfill at a non-profit providing behavioral, mental health, and educational services to children and families in New York. The Medical Billing Manager will oversee billing operations, supervise one direct report, and report directly to the CFO.

What You'll Do:
• Oversee all medical billing operations
• Supervise one Billing Assistant
• Manage Medicaid billing and compliance
• Process and review claims using CPT codes, ICD-10, and HCFA 1500

Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of medical billing experience with CPT, ICD-10, and HCFA 1500
• Strong Medicaid knowledge - required
• Some supervisory or managerial experience
• Able to work fully onsite
