Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement from origin to destination
- Track and monitor shipment progress, proactively resolving delays, disruptions, or service issues
- Collaborate with customers, transportation partners, and internal departments to ensure seamless pickups, customs processing, and final delivery
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable transportation and regulatory requirements
- Provide clear and consistent communication to all stakeholders throughout the shipment lifecycle
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and urgent requests while maintaining a high level of service
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or freight forwarding
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes, regulations, and customs procedures
- Experience coordinating time-sensitive or specialized shipments is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
