We are partnering with a well-established, regional law firm to place a Paralegal within their highly regarded Commercial Real Estate Practice Group in downtown Charleston, SC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior paralegal looking to build their career alongside a talented group of attorneys in a beautiful, professional office environment. If you're eager to grow within a respected firm and gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate law — this one is for you.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Support attorneys in the Commercial Real Estate Practice Group with day-to-day legal matters

• Prepare, review, and organize real estate transaction documents, title commitments, and closing packages

• Conduct due diligence, legal research, and maintain case files

• Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and opposing counsel

• Assist with drafting correspondence, agreements, and other legal documents

🔹 What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of paralegal experience (real estate law experience strongly preferred)

• Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, transaction-driven environment

• Professional communication skills — written and verbal
