Position Overview:

This is a full-time Civil Engineering Intern (EI) position focused on land development projects in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.
Main responsibilities:
  • Design and prepare commercial and residential site development plans
  • Work with AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Assist with planning and permitting
  • Coordinate with city and county agencies
  • Support project managers with due diligence and feasibility studies
  • Visit construction sites and attend client meetings when needed
  • Work under the direction of experienced project managers
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Florida Engineering Intern (EI) license
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong communication, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
Work arrangement: Full-time, in-office, with occasional travel to project sites and client meetings.
Overall, the role is geared toward an early-career civil engineer who wants experience in Central Florida for land development, site design, permitting, and project management.
