The Assembler plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by building mechanical assemblies from detailed instructions and technical documentation. This position ensures products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and to engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings to complete builds
  • Follow production orders and detailed instructions to assemble finished products
  • Analyze mechanical components and ensure proper functionality during assembly
  • Identify, organize, and gather necessary parts for each project
  • Follow verbal and written instructions from engineering and leadership regarding updates or process changes
  • Load and download programs to required equipment when needed
  • Inspect completed products to ensure compliance with engineering specifications
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate findings to supervisors or engineering teams
  • Recommend process improvements through engineering change requests
  • Document and develop assembly procedures for completed products
  • Support additional tasks as needed to help achieve operational goals

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Proactive, “can-do” mindset with a drive to complete projects successfully
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Willingness to support and mentor less experienced team members

Experience & Education:

  • 2+ years of related assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Technical or vocational training is a plus
