Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk

Location: Coconut Grove, FL
Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite (Monday-Friday)
Compensation: $25-$27 per hour (Temp-to-Perm)

A growing financial services organization in Coconut Grove is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Accounting Clerk to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior accounting professional looking to gain hands-on experience and grow within a stable and expanding company.

We are looking for someone who is organized, coachable, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records
• Import and reconcile data within the accounting system
• Assist with accounts receivable functions
• Support treasury and cash management activities
• Review transactions for accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized documentation and records
• Assist the accounting team with administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting clerk, or related accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Spanish language skills are a major plus
• Accounting, Finance, or related educational background preferred
