Ascendo Resources is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our client’s team.

This is a great opportunity for an AR professional with strong B2B collections, reconciliation, and data management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment.

 Location: Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale, or Miami

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the full Accounts Receivable cycle, including invoicing, cash applications, payment posting, and reconciliations

• Handle high-volume B2B collections while maintaining strong client relationships

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances

• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied payments, and account issues

• Maintain accurate customer records and financial data

• Prepare AR aging, collections, and reconciliation reports

• Partner with internal teams to resolve billing issues and improve collections

• Support month-end close through AR reconciliations and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of Accounts Receivable and Collections experience

• Strong B2B collections background

• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filtering, and reporting

• Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage high volumes of financial data with accuracy and attention to detail
