We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our law firm client in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, specifically within a law firm environment. This role requires expertise in sophisticated transactions for land acquisition, financing and closings for Commercial Real Estate.  If you have experience working on Commercial Real Estate deals, including office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation and review of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Draft, organize, and manage closing documents for various commercial properties.
  • Conduct due diligence and coordinate title and survey reviews.
  • Maintain and update transaction files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with clients, vendors, and third parties to facilitate transactions.
  • Utilize Doubletime software for document management and project tracking.
  • Provide research support related to zoning, land use, and other Commercial Real Estate issues.
  • UCC searches and filings
  • Attend and assist with closings, ensuring all necessary documents are executed and recorded.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial real estate within a law firm.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and relevant legal concepts.
  • Proficient in Doubletime and other relevant software tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
