Warehouse Associate

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping activities. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

• Load and unload trucks using appropriate warehouse equipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

• Verify product quantities and ensure order accuracy

• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory locations

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed

• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and service goals

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred

• Forklift experience or certification is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Experience

• Order picking and packing

• Inventory control and cycle counting

• RF scanner or warehouse management system (WMS) experience

• Forklift, reach truck, or pallet jack operation

• Maintaining high levels of inventory and order accuracy

• Meeting shipping and receiving deadlines

• Following safety procedures consistently

• Contributing to an organized and efficient warehouse operation
