We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant to join a busy healthcare practice with opportunities in Coral Gables and Pinecrest, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate, organized, and patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program
• One of the following is required:Current AHA BLS Certification
  • Valid Florida CNA, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic license, or
  • Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, NCCT, NHA, or registration through AMT
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA guidelines
• Medical terminology knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
