Job Title: Grants Manager

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 per year
Hourly Pay Rate: $38 - $40/hour
Business Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (35 hours per week)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Grants Manager to oversee city and state grants management, compliance, and billing. This position requires a detail-oriented and independent professional with strong financial acumen and experience in grant compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of city and state grants, ensuring compliance and accurate billing.
• Maintain financial records and prepare reports related to grants.
• Utilize PassPORT software for grants tracking and compliance.
• Perform financial reconciliations and ensure adherence to grant guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support grant-related activities.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure proper fund utilization.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in city/state grants management, compliance, and billing.
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions.
• Experience using PassPORT software.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and reliability.
