Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruiting efforts. This role will focus on sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, posting jobs, and scheduling interviews. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with sourcing and screening candidates to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications.
• Post job openings across multiple platforms.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
• Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, including calendar management.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
