Project Manager (2 Openings)
Location: Onsite – Hialeah, FL
Pay Rate: $46/hr
Duration: Through December 2025

We are seeking two Project Managers to support key initiatives by developing, coordinating, and maintaining project plans across multiple functional areas. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on risk assessment, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project and program plans to ensure objectives are met within scope and timeline.

• Analyze and integrate project schedules, reports, and key performance metrics for informed decision-making.

• Conduct risk assessments, variance analysis, and impact studies to mitigate potential issues.

• Oversee change management processes, ensuring stakeholders are updated and aligned.

• Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing projects.

• Support the development of recovery plans, documentation, and transition strategies for project handovers.

• Maintain compliance tracking, document updates, and performance variance reports.

• Communicate project updates, risks, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and coordination.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and documentation management tools.

• SAP experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
