We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Attorney with 1+ years of Corporate/Contract Negotiation experience in West Palm Beach, FL. This role will involve working on a range of corporate transactions, including M&A, SAAS, AI, Intellectual Property (IP) matters, and negotiating contracts. Key Responsibilities:

• Corporate Transactions & M&A: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements related to mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions.

   

• Technology Law & IP: Provide legal support on matters related to SAAS, AI, and intellectual property, ensuring that the company's products and services align with regulatory standards and best practices.

   

• Vendor & Partner Negotiations: Negotiate and review agreements with vendors, proposed partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.

   

• Compliance & Risk Management: Provide advice on regulatory compliance and risk mitigation related to corporate transactions, technology contracts, and IP protection.

   

• General Corporate Advisory: Offer legal counsel on various corporate governance matters and business operations.

   

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1+ years of experience in corporate transactions, M&A, SAAS, AI, and IP law.

   

• Strong understanding of contract negotiation and the ability to manage complex legal matters related to technology and business partnerships.

   

• Juris Doctor, and eligible to practice law in the United States

   

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

   

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
