Our client, a mission-driven organization, is seeking a Junior Accountant with a focus on Accounts Receivable and administrative support. This is a great opportunity to gain well-rounded experience in accounting and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle AR functions including invoicing, reconciliations, and journal entries

• Track and record donations and ACH deposits

• Manage purchasing and reconcile online transactions (e.g., Amazon)

• Maintain compliance by renewing licenses, permits, and registrations

• Organize financial records and assist with data entry and reporting

• Support the finance team with daily tasks and process improvements

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• 2+ years of relevant experience

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
